Shipping & Delivery

At SmartSleep (Amon Enterprises Ltd), we deliver beds, bed frames, mattresses and mattress and base combos across New Zealand. We aim to get your order to you as smoothly as possible.

Dispatch and delivery

Once your payment has been received, we will arrange dispatch or delivery of your order. Dispatch or delivery arrangements are usually made after payment is received, and we will be in touch if we need any further details from you. Delivery timeframes can vary depending on your location and the size of the items ordered, so please contact us if you need an estimate for your area before placing an order.

Delivery area

We deliver within New Zealand. If you are unsure whether we can deliver to your location, please get in touch and we will be happy to help.

Showroom pickup

You are welcome to collect your order from our showroom at 5/7 Bay Park Place, Birkdale, North Shore, Auckland. All SmartSleep mattresses are supplied in a box, which makes pickup straightforward and easier to transport. If you would like to arrange pickup, please contact us so we can have your order ready for you.

Large items and access

Some of our products, such as bed frames and combos, are large or heavy. Please make sure there is suitable access to your property and delivery area, and that help is available to move and position larger items if needed. Letting us know about any access considerations in advance helps us plan your delivery.

Delivery details

To help your delivery go smoothly, please make sure your delivery address and contact details are correct and complete at the time of ordering. If any of your details change, please contact us as soon as possible so we can update your order.
