We aim to describe our mattresses, beds, bed frames, and mattress and base combos as accurately as we can. Product availability can change, and we may update or discontinue products at any time without notice.

Prices and errors

Prices are shown in New Zealand dollars and may change from time to time. We try to keep all pricing and product details correct, but occasionally errors can occur. If we find an error affecting your order, we will let you know and give you the choice to confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund of anything already paid.

Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. Your order is accepted once we confirm it. Payment must be received before any dispatch or delivery arrangements are made.

Returns and refunds

You are responsible for giving us accurate order, contact, and delivery information. Please check that your delivery address and contact details are correct, as incorrect details may cause delays.
